Currently, Blodwulf only accepts PayPal. PayPal offers speed, security, and excellent transaction protection. While alternatives like money-orders can be beneficial to merchants, Blodwulf does not feel these methods offer the customer adequate security and quality of service.
Blodwulf only sells authentic merchandise sourced directly from manufacturers and reliable distributors.
In the interest of serving customers quickly, Blodwulf processes most orders same-day. Unfortunately, this means cancellation and amendments may not be possible. Any such requests should be sent immediately.
All sales by Blodwulf on eCRATER are final unless grossly misrepresented. Any returns are accepted at the discretion of Blodwulf and require an RMA.
Taxes and duties are not included. International buyers must accept responsibility for any applicable taxes or duties which may be due on receipt. Please inquire with local officials for details.
Blodwulf is unable to keep current with the laws and regulations of all locations. It is important that you familiarize yourself with any such import restrictions. Blodwulf's ability to export and your ability to make purchase are not an indication of your right to import. Blodwulf does not accept responsibility for rejected or confiscated merchandise.
Blodwulf uses USPS, FedEx, and UPS for domestic orders. Please contact in advance if you cannot accept these services. International orders are handled by USPS.
Most domestic orders are fulfilled within 24 hours using 3-5 day services. Some remote locations may take longer for delivery. International orders usually arrive within 2-4 weeks.
